Durham is one of the most beloved polititions in Pax Tharkas,
that is how he has held office for so long. He was able to
get the city back on its feet by reopening the mines for work
and cash flow, instituting a standing guard force to protect
the citizens as well as beautification projects. Unfortunitally
he doesn't make public apperances anymore because there was
an attempt on his life. He now sends his orders through official
carriers.
